Scheveningen, (Netherlands) Coen de Koning & Thijs Visser have won the North Sea Regata 2010. After 8 races they have shown to be the most consistant team and therewith also the best. These 8 races where sailed in three days under various conditions which sometimes could be called difficult and complicated. The current was strong and the wind not always was consistent in volume and direction but it was awesome to see the 55 F18's racing each other on the course. A great compliment can be given to the RC as they pulled off a good job getting these races out of these days. Other courses could not complete their programs and had difficulties getting races in. Great job for all and next year we will be back at this event for sure. More and more foreign teams are competing in this regatta where almost 600 boats are competing in 30 different classes.
